ORDINANCE NO. 291 g
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, BY REPEALING ARTICLE 9, CHAPTER
3, OF THE CITY CODE PERTAINING TO MAYOR'S ASSISTANT:
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Article 9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho be repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication according to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 5 day of
January, 1998.
