ORDINANCE NO. 2204
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2156, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1996, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1997:
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $574,262 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2156, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 1996, and ending September
30, 1997, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
