ORDINANCE NO. 2145
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE II
PERTAINING TO COMMUNITY SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD BY
DELETING AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE IN SECTION 13 AND
SECTION 13 (9) REGARDING DUTIES: REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS AND PARTS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter 2, Article 11, Section 13
of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of
Canyon, State of Idaho pertaining to Community Services
Advisory Board: Duties be amended as follows:
02- 11 -13: DUTIES: the Community Services Advisory Board
shall advise and recommend programs to the Mayor and City
Council. and eammunity Serviees Direeter.
Section 2. That Chapter 2, Article 11, Section 13
(9) of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County
of Canyon, State of Idaho pertaining to Community
Services Advisory Board: Duties be amended as follows:
02 11 (9) Advise and consult staff on issues directly
related with various department's scope of service
(.Cemetery, Parks, Aquatics, Recreation, Forestry, So-l-f
and Event Center).
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
