ORDINANCE NO. 2131
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, PROVIDING
FOR THE CHANGE OF A STREET NAME WITHIN THE CORPORATE AREA
OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Stafford Lane, located in
Manchester Park Subdivision and as recorded on the plat,
be changed in name to Sheffield Lane.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of
Caldwell is hereby directed to submit this Ordinance to
the County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, for
recordation, and that copies of the recorded document be
forwarded to the appropriate City Departments.
Section 3. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or
parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
rescinded and annulled.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
