ORDINANCE NO. 2113
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 7,
PERTAINING TO CONDUCTING ELECTRICIAN BUSINESS BY DELETING
AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE IN SECTION 5, (2 -B) REGARDING
CITY LICENSE: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS,
ORDERS AND PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Article 7, Section 5 (2 -B) of Chapter 12 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State
of Idaho pertaining to City License be amended as follows:
12- 07-05:
(2) B. License Fees: Before any license is
issued, the applicant shall pay to the City
Clerk a license fee in the amount of twent
dollars ($29. ^ ^` thirty dollars {$30.00 }_
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 2nd
day of October , 1995.
