AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AMENDING CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 13 OF
THE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, PERTAINING TO FIRE
PREVENTION CODE BY DELETING AND ADDING LANGUAGE IN
SECTIONS 21, 23, 25 REGARDING FEES FOR SERVICE FOR THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS,
ORDERS AND PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL FOR CHANGING
OR AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR SUCH SERVICES BY
RESOLUTIONS AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter 8, Article 13, Sections 21, 23, and
25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon,
State of Idaho shall be amended by deleting and adding certain
language as follows:
08- 13 -21: FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES: The City Council shall
establish specific fees by Resolution upon

non - residents of the City of Caldwell or
Caldwell Rural Fire Department.
2. Response to a controlled burn that
violates the conditions of the burn permit
and burning without a burn permit._

3. Charge for wood stove inspections.
4. Charge for day care inspections.
5. Copies of reports up to amount allowed by
State Law.
6. Inspection of fireworks stands.
7. For answering false alarms.
8. Answering calls to tax exempt properties__
9. Permit to store hazardous materials.
10. Installation and removal of flammable li uid
storage tanks.
11. Inspections with regard to applications for
liguor, beer and wine licenses.
12. Plan Review fee for all commercial building permits._
08- 13 -23: VALIDITY: The City Council hereby declares
that should section paragra sentence
or word of this Article or of the Code or
standards hereby adopted be declared for any
reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the
City Council that it would have passed all or
portions of this Article independent of the
elimination herefrom of any such Rortion as
may be declared invalid.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to
law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 6th
