ORDINANCE NO. 2103
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AMENDING CHAPTER 9, ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 13 (3) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
PARKING REGULATIONS BY DELETING AND ADDING CERTAIN
LANGUAGE IN SECTION 13 (3) REGARDING FINE SCHEDULE:
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS AND PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter 9, Article 7, Section 13
(3) of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County
of Canyon, State of Idaho, shall be amended by adding and
deleting certain language as follows:

charged in accordance with the

schedule
adopted by
Resolution of the

Council:

Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
