ORDINANCE NO. 2039
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, PROVIDING
FOR THE ADOPTION OF A MAP IDENTIFYING AN AREA OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL IMPACT WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE
COUNTY OF CANYON KNOWN AS "CALDWELL CITY IMPACT AREA
MAP."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1: The Caldwell City Impact Area Map, dated
5th day of July, 1994, is hereby adopted as the official
map identifying the area of the City of Caldwell Impact
within the unincorporated area of the County of Canyon.
A true and correct copy of said map is attached hereto as
Exhibit " A " and by this reference incorporated herein,
and which map shall be certified by the Mayor and Clerk
of the City of Caldwell, and which map shall be adopted
by appropriate ordinance of the County of Canyon, State
of Idaho, in accordance with the notice and hearing
procedures of Idaho Code 67 -6509.
Section 1: All other previously adopted maps
depicting the area of City Impact of the City of Caldwell
are hereby repealed.
Section 3: Effective date: This Ordinance shall
become effective within thirty (30) days after its
publication by the City of Caldwell.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO, THIS 5TH DAY OF JULY, 1994.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO, THIS 5TH DAY OF JULY, 1994.
