Ar ordinance vacating portions of certain streets and alleys in
Devers Addition to the City of Caldwell,Idaho,
Be it ordained by the Mayor and 0 of tha City of Caldwell:
SECTION I. All that portion of Ilth.street north,now known as
Kearney street;all that portion of I2th.street north,now known as Lewis-
ton street and all that portion of Ist.avenue west,rof known as 7th.ave-
nue, lying east of the wrest aline of the north east quarter of the north
ea It uarter of Section C- 2,Township 4,north of Range 3,W.B.N. and north
and west of Kimball avenue,and that portion of alleys running through
blocks 72 and 73,Devers Xadition to the City of Caldwell,Idaho,be and
the same are hereby MPacated,abandoned and discontinued.
