list was made.
Streets a nurber thereof equal to the number of persons in the City of
Caldwell liable foi road poll tax,taks a receipt therefor and charge the
Overseer of "'treats therewith but credit must be Oven to the Overseer
of Streets for all blank mad poll tax receipts returned to the Clerk,
so as to show the rams of all parsons employed by such employer quring
the year and It shall W the Uty of every such employer is withold from
the wages or salary of evary"01 person who is employed for two weeks
