ORDINANCE NO. 1953

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL STATE OF IDAHO, BY DELETING AND ADDING CERTAIN
LANGUAGE IN TITLE V, CHAPTER 12, SECTION 1 PERTAINING TO
MECHANICAL CODE: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS,
ORDER OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 12, Title V be amended
as follows:
5 -12 -1: ADOPTION OF MECHANICAL CODE: There is hereby adopted
for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for
heating, ventilation and air conditioning in buildings,
that certain Mechanical Code known as the "Uniform
Mechanical Code ", copyrighted by the International
Conference of Building Officials, 14 ^' y' 1991
Edition together with amendments and revisions thereof,
c opies of which a re o fi in the Office of the Building
Official.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according
to 1 aw.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
