ORDINANCE NO. 1950
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, BY DELETING AND ADDING CERTAIN
LANGUAGE IN TITLE V, CHAPTER VIII, SECTION 4 (E -13)
PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISIONS; STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT
REQUIREMENTS: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDER
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 4 (E -13) of Chapter 8, Title V be
amended as follows:

5 -8 -1 (E) 13. Street Lighting: A street lighting system sha be

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according
to law.
