AMWR DING SECTION 11, OF ORMINANCE NO 1 03, OF THE CITY 011
CALDWELL, IDAHO,ENTITLED It An Ordinanoe amending Ordinance
No. 38 entitled 11 An ordinance to provide for the reg-
ulation of the City Oemetary, and the conveyance of lots
therein, and to provide for the appointment of a Sexton
and to define his duties".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL:
Section l.- That Section 11 of ordinance No. 103, of � the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, entitled " An Ordinance amending
Ordinance No. 38 entitled " An ordinance to provide for
the regulation of the City Cemetary, and the conveyance
of lots therein, and to provide for the appointment of
a Sexton and to define his duties 11 be and the same is
hereby amended. to read as follows:
n Section ll.- The price to be paid for lots in
said cemetary shall be as follows:
For all lots in Blocks 2/
Dollars for each lot;
For lots in
the price shall be Dollars for each lot;
For lots in Blocks
the price shall be Dollars for each lot;

and said purchase price shall paid to the City Clerkat the
time of the delivery of the certificate of conveyance
hereinafter mentioned 11.
