WHERE/\S IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL IDAHO, UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION AND FOLLOWING THE PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES AS
REQUIRED IN SECTION 6-4-3 LDWELL , THAT THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY BE REZONED FROM m-1 AP (LIGHT IMDUSTRZAL;
AIRPORT OVERLAY) TO T-P AP (INDUSTRIAL PARK; AIRPORT OVERLAY) AND
THAT SAID REZONING IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF
