ORDINANCE NO. 1912
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE I, CHAPTER 17, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF
IDAHO, PERTAINING TO SALARIES BY CHANGING CERTAIN LANGUAGE IN
SECTION 1 (A) AND SECTION 1 (B), REGARDING ELECTIVE OFFICERS:
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title I, Chapter 17, Section 1(A) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State
of Idaho, shall be amended by changing certain language in
Section 1(A) pertaining to Elective Officers as follows:
1 -17 -1: ELECTIVE OFFICERS:
(A) Mayor: Commencing January 1, , 1992, the salary of
the Mayor shall be the annual sum of twenty seve
thousand five hundred dellers , thirty
thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($30,250.00) to be
paid in twenty six (26) equal payments, one each two (2)
weeks, the same as other salaries are paid by the City.
(B) Council: Each member of the Council elected to office
and in office on January 1, 199e, 1992, or thereafter,
shall be paid an annual sum of th thettsend szjt
three thousand nine hundred
sixty dollars ($3,960.00) to be paid in twenty six ( 26 )
equal payments, one each two (2) weeks, the same as
other salaries or fees are paid by the City.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according
to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 19th
day of August, 1991.
