ORDINANCE NO. 1911
Lots '13, 14. and 15, Block B of Golden Gate Addition to
Caldwell, Caniyon County, Idaho, according to the
official Plat thereof, filed in Book 2 of Plats aria
Page 78, of said county; and
Lots 16 and 17, Block B of Golden Gate Addition to
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, according to the
official Plat thereof, filed in Book. 2 of Plats at Page
78, of said county.
CONCERNING OWNERSHIP OF SAID PROPERTY, THE CITY OF CALDWELL OWNS
AN UNDIVIDED TWO-THIRDS (2/3) INTEREST IN BOTH PARCELS. GEORGE
AND MARIA OCHOA OWN THE REMAINING ONE-THIRD (1/3) INTEREST IN
BOTH PARCELS.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO;
Section 1. That the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, hereby intend to exchange at a Public hearing held before
the City Council the Previously described real Property situated
within Canyon County, Idaho as follows: The City intends to
quitclaim or exchange - its interest in Lots 16 and 'i7 to George
and Maria Ochoa for a quitclaim or exchange of George and Maria
Ochoa's interest in Lots '13, '14 and 15 to the City of Caldwell.
Section 2. Tha the ordinance for the intent to exchange the
said above described real Property will be considered under a
suspension of the reciuirements that an ordinance be read on "three
different days at a meeting of - t - he City of Caldwell, Idaho and
that a Public nearing will be held on the 7th day of October,
1991, at the hour of seven thirty (7030) P.m. at the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, when
arid where, or prior to said date, any citizens may express
dissatisfaction with, or c�uest= i on whether or riot the real
properts shall be exchanged.

Section 3. That said above described real Property shall be
exchanged at a Public hearing and that the City (1 intends
to exchange the Parcel and that the Council deems the
consideration adequate.
Section 4. Notice of the foregoing will be given to all citizens
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho in two iSSUes thereof Published in
the local newspaper on September 16, 199 and September 30, 1991.
Section 5.That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its Passage, approval and Publication.
