PORTIONS OF 11TH AVENUE., INDIANA ST1tEET, 10TH AVENUE,
KE:ARNE'Y STREET, 9TH AVENUE, 7TH AVENUE, AND THE STREET
ALONG TI4Ft EAST SIDE OF BLOCK NO. 71, DEVERS ADDITION 'I'0
THE CITY OF Ci ALDVELL, IDAHO.
BED IT ORDAINED B THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALUTEMLL;
Section 1.- That the parts of streets and avenues hereinafter de-
scribed be and the same are hereby vacated and discontin-
ue'd as follows, to wit
11th Avenue from the North side of the J.H. Kreider
tract to the North side of Indiana Street; Indiana Street
from 11th Avenue to 10th Avenue; 10th Avenue from Ind��ha
Street to Kearney street; Keariley street from 10tiv 6aue
to 9th Avenue; 9th-Avenue from Kearney.streat to the
South side of Madison street; Seventh A venue from
Lewiston street Northeasterly to the end of 7th Avenue,
and also the street along the East side of Block No 71;
all in Devers Addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Passed by the Council this /S day of February, 1911.
Approved by the Mayor this i day of February, 1911.
