Section 2.- The property included in the boundary of said district
and which QUA41 be assessed to pay the expense of the
improvemaat heroin provided, shall. be all. of the lo is

district, with water from the city water works, every
day duriag the dry and dusty season of the year that the
pprinkling committee may deem necessary.
Secti6n 4.- The council shall appoint a sprinkling cmmaittee

and into effect the provisions of this ordinance, bave

provided: Provided, that no assessment shall- be levied
for sprinkling that paf of the street at cross sections
or intersections thereof.
Sontior 5. Wheaever any expense or cost ol' qprI.fW.j.iqg has i)bcen

assessed. on any land or lots as herei provided, the
amount of said cost and expense shalt become a lien
upon said land or lots which shall take precedence of all
other liens arid which i be forclosed in accordance
with tne Code of Cibil Procedi,' of the Stute of Idaho.
Section 6.- That Said Sprinkling Coiafflitte ;hall. ascevtairi the Bost

shall make out an assessi. roll of the real pro

the council, provided that no assessi:ient sball, be levied

Sectio-I 7.- Upon receiving trie said assessment roll, the city
clerk shall give notice by three successive publicitions
in the official nowspapor of the city, that such ASsess)"O(A

roll is on file in his office, the date of filing sume,
and the said notice shall state as timAhat Which the said
council will hear and consider objectious to said assess-
ment roll by the parties aggrieved by Said assessments.
And the owner or owners of any pro,orty which is assessed
in said assessment roll, whether named or not in said
roll, , May Within ten days from the last publication
provided herein, file with the city clerk, his objections
in writing, to said assessment.
Section n.- At the time appointed for the hearing of objections to
such assessiaents, the council shall hear Lnd determine
all objection ,which have been filed by any party inter-
ested to the regulartity of the proceedings in making such
assessments and the correctness of such assessments, or
the amount levied on any particular lot or parcel of land:
And the ca)ncil shall have the power to adjourn such,X
hearing from time to time and shall have power in their
discretion, to revise, correct, confirm or set aside
such assessment Wrld to Order that such assessment be made
de novo, and the council shall make an order approving
ana confirming said assessment by they and their decision
and order shall be final determination of the regularity,
vuliditY and cor2octAess of said assesaent to the amoi)nt
thereof, levied on each lot and parcel of land.
Section q.- All such assessmontu shall, be known a3.s 0 Special
Assonsments for Tmprovemzits" and Shall be levied and
collected as a special tax in addition to the tax for
general rCVOflUe Purposes to be placed on the tax roll
for collection, subject to the samopenalt and collected
in the same iadanez as other city taxes.
Section 10.- All ordinances or parts of Ordinaaces in coaflict
with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed,
