Home My WebLink AboutORD 18210 BILL NO. 21 ORDINANCE NO. 1821 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6 -2 -1, TABLE 1, LAND USE SCHEDULE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE LAND USE TABLE, RESIDENTIAL, ALLOWING FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS TO BE LOCATED IN THE R -3 MULTI- FAMILY HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONE RATHER THAN THE C -1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE; TO DELETE "MOBILE HOME (SEE "T" OVERLAY ZONE) FROM THE LAND USE TABLE, RESIDENTIAL, AND ADD "MOBILE /MANUFACTURED HOMES AND UNITS (SEE TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6)" TO THE TABLE; TO DELETE "MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION (SEE "T" OVERLAY ZONE) FROM THE LAND USE TABLE, RESIDENTIAL, AND ADD "MOBILE /MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION (SEE TITLE 6 CHAPTER 6)" TO THE TABLE; AND TO DELETE "TRAVEL TRAILER PARK" FROM THE LAND USE TABLE, COMMERCIAL, AND ADD "RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK" TO THE TABLE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO: Section 1.
