Q - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6 -2 -1, TABLE 1, LAND USE SCHEDULE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, TO REQUIRE A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR BARS IN THE C -2 COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL, C -3 SERVICE COMMERCIAL AND C -4 INTERCHANGE /FREEWAY COMMERCIAL ZONES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO: Section 1.
