Section I.® That there is hereby established a local improveawnt
district in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to be kitown as
Local Lateral sever Improvement District No 3, which
district is bounded and described as follows , to wit.
Begianing at the intersections of Paynter Avenue and
Grant street, running thence Southeasterly along said
Grunt street to its intersection with 10th Avenue , South,
thence Southwesterly along said 10th avenue AMU, to
the intersection with Irving street, thence Rorthwesterly
along Irving street to its intersection with KiNball
Avenne, South, thence Southwesterly along Kimball Avenue,
south to its intersection with Knox strect, thence
Northwesterly along Knox street to its intersection wit h
Seventh Avenue, South, thence Northeasterly along Seventh
Avenue, South to its intersection with JefVevson street,
tbonce botthwesterly along ould Jefferson !treat to its
intersection with Payater Avenue, thence North along said
Payiiter Avenue to the place of begiming above desc0bed,
being mll of Blocks nuuTered 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138,
of Strahorn Addition Wo.1 ; WOW 136 mmd- of Shuees
re-subdivision W. l,2,_y4, of Block 1j6, Strahorn Addition
declared to be within the said sewer district.
Section 2.- The Mayor of the City of Caldwell sha Withj.Ll ten

section 5-- Theze shall be coas;roctad ilithe City of Caldwell
through Aid committee a system of sewerage and sewerage
disposal works to be so plund8d and constructed as to
be directly beneficial to the property situated in said
lateral sewerage improvement district No. 3 and of as
much bonefit to the remain der of the city as in the
judgment of said conaittee is possible. In adoptiag said
plans the committee shall endeavor to cause the property
withia the said district to receive as nearly equal.

Section 6. Upon the adoption of the plans and specificatioas
as nerein provided, the said committee shall determine as
equally as can be done the amount of money to be raised
for the construction of said works. Thereupon the said
coimnittee with the standinS committee on streets of the
city council shall proccod to make an assessment roll
of the real property contained within the bouadaries of
said district, :Proviaed, that property occupied by
otreets, cross streets and alleys Within said district
shall not be included within said assessment roll. The
sAid assessment roll shall contain the names of the
owners of the property assensed, as description of the said
upon to be raised as Main Provided.
Section 7.- The sQid assessment roll shall be. certified to the
RSSB�;qsldeftt as Provided by the laws of the State of Who,

hereinbefore mentioned. The ProceediuEs for hearing said

objections and all the actions of the council and the
parties thereto, shall conform to the provisions of the
aforesaid laws.
Section R.® When the slid System is comleted and ready for usa,
the said committee shall turn the s"id system over to the
said mayor ana city council to be opperated by said city.
Sectioa q.- The said sewerage cojiunittee shall be governed in the
pe:r of their duties in addition to what is herein
contained, by all the provisions of the laws of the state
of Idaho, relating to Cities and Villages.
