Section 1. That Chapter 3, Section 3, Title V be
amended as follows:

ICd 3USI1\ESS: Any individual or firm desiring to engage in
the business of an electrical contractor iiiust first obtain a
current electrical contractor's license from the State of
Idaho. Excepted from this licensing requirement shall. be
the seller of electrical appliances at retail, who in the
regular course of business connects appliances to electrical
wiring systems, provided there is no alteration in t`.,(
system or ak,y re,uired new wiring.
The o nly oth ex cepti on shall be the ho me owner_v�ho
