CITY OF CAEDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapters 12 and 13 of Title XI of
the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho be repealcQj.
Section 2. All orCinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repeale('.
Section 3. This ordinance shall he in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval, anc'-
