Section 1. That Chapter 11, Title II, Section 7 be amended) as
follows:
2-11-7: PUR.POSE AND IDUTIES: The purpose of the Commission hall

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
ane after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
