AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, TITLE I, SECTION 1 OF THE
NUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDT;, STATE OF IDAHO,

LANGUAGE RECARDINC OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER: PEPEALING Al,L

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter 18, Title I, Section 1 be amended
as follows:
OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER: The Idaho Press Tribune, a
newspaper printed and published in t7e City County, is hereby
declared to be the official newspaper and such notices,
declarations, ordinances and other matters requiring official
publication shall be published in said newspaper.
Section 2. All or"inances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This oreinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according
to law.
PASSED FY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
