Section 2.- Any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall upon conviction therof be deemed
guilty of a misdomeanor and sliall be fined in any sum
not lest than ten dolUrs and not wore than one hurld
dollars, and in default of the payment of spid fine shall
be Juprisioned in the City jail at the rate of one day
for each one dollar and fifty cents of said fine.
