ORDINANCE NO. 1751
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, BY REPEALING CHAPTER 4,
TITLE V WHICH PROVIDES FOR GAS INSTALLATIONS: REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Sections under Title V, Chapter 4
regarding Gas Installations as listed:
5 -4 -1: Definitions
5 -4 -2: Gas Production Facilities
5 -4 -3: Construction, operation and Maintenance Facilities
for Transmission and Distribution
5 -4 -4: Gas Installations in Buildings
5 -4 -5: Permits Required
5 -4 -6: Work Not Requiring Permits
5 -4 -7: Application for Permit
5 -4 -8: Cost of Permit
5 -4 -9: Inspections
5 -4 -10: Certificate of Inspection
5 -4 -11: Inspection by Gas Supplier
5 -4 -12: Notification for Inspection
5 -4 -13: Unlawful to Turn On Gas
5 -4 -14: Qualified Installing Agency
5 -4 -15: Classifications of Qualified Agencies
5 -4 -16: Licenses Required
5 -4 -17: Bond Required
5 -4 -18: License Fees
5 -4 -19: Expiration and Renewal of Licenses
5 -4 -20: Revocation of License
5 -4 -21: Display of License
5 -4 -22: Violations and Penalties
5 -4 -23: Damage Not Assumed by Municipality
are hereby repealed and stricken from the City Code of the City of
Caldwell.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
