That there is hereby established alocal improvemerit
district Iri the City of C%ldvjell., Idaho, to be kriown as
Local Lateral Sewerage IMProvelfient District, No.2, which
is bounded anal desoribed as ff:Pljovrs , to wit:
All of the 0o1-leee of Idaho Camps®
All the PrOPO within the said Coll.ege of Idaho
Campi.i.s is hereby declared to be within the said sewer
district.
SecUon 2.- The Mayor of the City of Caldwell shall within ten
days after the Passage of this ordinance appoiilt as
sewerage coll composed of three members who shall
be bona fide residents and substantial toxpayers of the
City of Caldwell, &A Of WhOya shall be aPpoixited for one
bear, one for two years, and One for three years , and
'they shall. serve until their successors are appointed
and qualified. Said comaittee Shall organize and elect
a president as a presiding officer of their number who
shall be styled, chairman of the committee, appoint a
clerk and treasurer Who Shall be respectively the Clark
and treasurer of the City of Calawell, as by law provided.

Section. 3.® The treasurer of said committeo shalh_ give a good
and sufficient bond in addition to his official bond as
treasurer of said city in the swa of $
conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties
as such treasurer of said comnittee accorjing to law.

.for the construction of the Works hereinafter provided for
and to approve the same and. do all things necessary to
the completion of the said work.
Section 5.® There shall be constructed in the City of Caldwell
axaXela throught said cohmIttee a system of sewerage
and sewerage disposal works to be so planed and construct-
ed as to be directly beneficial to the property withitj
said district and of as much benefit to the remainedr
of the city as is the Judgment of said committee is
possible. In adopting said plans the said committee
shall endeavor to cause the property within the said,
district to reeeiVa as nearly equal benefit as possible.
.9ectioA-6.- Upon the adoption of the plans and specifications as
herein provided, the said cornittee shall determine as
equally as can be done the amount of money necessary to
be raised for the construction of the worys. Thereupon
the convnittee with the standing committee on street of the
CKY Shall Proceed to make an assessment roll of the prop-
erty within the boundaries of the said di8trict -
Provided that property occurpied by streets, cross streets
and alleys within said district shall not be includod
in said assessment roll. The i4ssessyiient roll shall contain
the names of the owners of the property assessed, a
discription of the property in sepearmte parcels or
tracts, the front feet of the property the amount of
special benefit, if any , and the amount assessed against

the property shall be equal to the amotint of money
determined. upon as necessary to be raised as hermin

council by the C0101flittees Making the same� and the Clerk
shall thereupon give notice as required. by 1,9W, of the
filine of said. assessment roll, and. of the time at which
the councJ1 will hear and consider objections to said
assessment roll by the party aggrieved by said assessment
as provided by the laws of the State of Idaho, herein
before, mentione( . The proceedings for hearing said. Rar,
objections , and al, the actions of the pazlimxx council
and the parties thereto, sha"T. conform to the provisions
of the aforesaid. laws.
