Section 3. - The charaeter of the proposed lateral sewer systora
shalL be that of gravity and according to the plans and
specifications now in the office of the city engineer
of the City of Caldwell, Who.
Section 4.- The estimated cost of the said improvement district
is the sum of

Section 6,® That protests against the establisKent of said Local
Lateral Sewer Improvement District No. as in
this ordinance provided , inay be filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Caldmell, Idaho, before 7.30 o'clock
P.M. of the day of June , 1910., at which time
said protest will be heard by the mayor and Council of
said City of Caldwell.
