ORDINANCE NO. 1727
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6 -2 -1 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, TO ALLOW
CHURCHES IN THE M -1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title VI, Chapter 2, Section 6 -2 -1, TABLE
1, LAND USE SCHEDULE, PUBLIC AND SEMI - PUBLIC, of the Municipal Code
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be amended as follows:

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon-
sistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication accord-
ing to law.
