Home My WebLink AboutORD 1714i 0 BILL NO. 29 ORDINANCE NO. 1714 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6 -2 -1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, TO DELETE "NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY CARE" FROM TABLE 1, LAND USE SCHEDULE OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND TO ADD "CHILD CARE FACILITY' TO SAID TABLE TO BE PERMITTED IN SPECIFIC ZONES; AND AMENDING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 5, SECTIONS 6 -5 -4 OF SAID MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING "NURSERY SCHOOLS" FROM THE DEFINITIONS AND PROVIDING A DEFINITION FOR "CHILD CARE FACI- LITY"; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALD- WELL, IDAHO: Section 1. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
