ORDINANCE NO. 1604
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE IV, CHAPTER 19, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO RELATING TO SALE OF WINE BY DELETING
AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE IN SECTION 5, LICENSE FEE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDER OR PARTS HEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 5, Chapter 19, Title IV of the Municipal
Code of the City of Caldwell be amended as follows:
4 -19 -5: LICENSE FEE: The license fee imposed and collected shall
be the sum of eae kindred - dollars f$ } ®9 -8A} two hundred dollars ($200.00)
per year. Such license year shall be from 12:01 a.m. January 1 through
December 31, provided, however, should a license be issued for less than
a full calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance
with the actual months of issuance.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
