ORDINANCE NO. 1575
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 15, OF TITLE IV, CHAPTER 7 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF
IDAHO REGARDING SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF BEER BY DELETING AND ADDING
CERTAIN LANGUAGE FOR TRANSFER OF FEE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
RESOLUTIONS, ORDER OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 15, of Title IV, Chapter 7 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of
Idaho, shall be amended by deleting and adding the following:
4 -7 -15: TRANSFER FEE: A- fee -e €- five- dellar5- ($S:89)- shall -be -paid.
fer- transfer - of -axy- beer - license. A fee as prescribed in Title
23 of the Idaho Code as it pertains to transfer of beer licenses
shall be paid to the City Clerk for the transfer of any beer
license within the .City of Caldwell.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
