AN ORDINANCE
DECLARING IT UNTAM7UL POR ANY '1PERSON OR PERSONS OR
ASSOCIATION OF PERSONS TO RUN ANY PORTABLE OR STATIONARY
STAND ON ANY Oil" THE STREETS OR ALLEYS OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF LOCAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT No 1 IN SAID CITY, PROM WHICH LUNCITES,
PEANUTS, POPCORN, CANDIES ETC. ARE SOLD, PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF 'PHIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN 0010'LIOT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAIN'ED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TH.0
CITY OF CALDWELL:
Section 1- That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons or
association of persons to run any portable or stationary
stand on any of the streets or alleys in the City of Caldybij
Idaho, within the boundaries of Local Improvement District
No 1 in said city, from which lunches, peanuts, popcorn,
candies etc. are sold.
Section 2.- Any person or persons or association of persons violati

any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misderaeanor and upon conviction thekeof
shall be fined in any sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars
and costs and in default of the payment of said fine and
costs shall be imprisoned in the city jail and one days
imprisonment shall be allowed and credited on each one
dollar and fifty cents of said fine.
Section 3.- All ordinances or parts of ordinances i con fli c t
with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4.® This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and upon its passage and approval,.
