AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, FROM C -2 COMMERCIAL TO R -3 RESIDENTIAL AND
PROFESSIONAL OFFICES ZONE AND DETERMINING THAT SAID CHANGE IN ZONING
IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO: REPEALING
ALL LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that it is in the best
interests of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that certain property
described hereafter be rezoned, it is hereby ordained as follows:
Section 1. That certain lands described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, is now
zoned C -2 Commercial Zone, and is located within the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, State of Idaho, the Council having previously annexed
said lands to the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that the tracts of lands described
in Exhibit "A ", a proper legal description, to be declared to be
R -3 Residential and Professional Offices Zone, and shall be so changed
from C -2 Commercial Zone to R -3 Residential and Professional Offices
Zone after the date of this Ordinance.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Caldwell, and the
City Engineer of the City of Caldwell, are hereby instructed to so
designate the same above described property on the official zoning map
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as being R -3 Residential and Professional
Offices Zone property.
Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, order, or parts

thereof in conflict herwith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
annulled.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this

APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Caldwell this
day of August 1979.
