ORDINANCE NO. 149
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 10 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO,
REGARDING LICENSES AND DEFINITION OF NUISANCE; BY DELETING
CERTAIN LANGUAGE AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ORDER OR PARTS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CALDWELL:
Section 1. That Section 10, Chapter 1, Title 4 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell be amended to read as follows:
4 -1 -10: NUISANCES: No business, licensed or not, shall be so
conducted or operated as to amount to a nuisance #a -faet
as defined in Section 9 -1 -41
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 20th
day of June , 1978.
