ORDINANCE NO. 1488
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 10 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, RELATING TO
INDIVIDUAL MOBILE HOME UNITS BY AMENDING SECTION 2 (C) BY
DELETING CERTAIN LANGUAGE AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE
REGARDING NEW ZONING REGULATIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
RESOLUTIONS, ORDER OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL:
Section 1. That Section 2. (C), Chapter 10, Title 5
of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell be amended to read
as follows:
5 -10 -2 (C) A mobile home or house trailer placed on a parcel of
land shall meet the setback and parking requirements
of the R -2 Residential Zone.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be.in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 6th
day of June , 1978.
