ORDINANCE NO. 1477
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 15, OF TITLE 11 OF THE CITY
CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF
IDAHO, PERTAINING TO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUOR OR
DRUGS; RECKLESS DRIVING; NEGLIGENT OR CARELESS DRIVING: REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter 15 of Title 11 of the City Code
of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, be repealed and
stricken from the City Code of the City of Caldwell.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
