ORDINANCE NO. 1460
AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN LANDS ARE CONTIGUOUS
AND ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, AND
DECLARING SAID LANDS, BY PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF,
AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT 01 A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF, SHALL BE INCLUDED IN ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Exhibit "A" - R -1 Residential Zone
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and the Council of the City
of Caldwell:
Section 1. That requests by the owners of the tracts of
land described in Exhibit "A" being attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if set forth in full, having heretofore been made
to the Council, for the annexation of said lands by the City of
Caldwell, said lands being contiguous and adjacent to the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho, and the Council having
consented thereto;
Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Caldwell that the tracts of land described in
Exhibit "A" by proper legal description are hereby declared to be
a part of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho.
It is hereby further declared by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwell that the tracts of land described in Exhibit t1 A" by proper
legal description are hereby declared to be zoned as R -1 Residential
Zone.
Section 3. That the full and complete legal description
of the tracts of land herein declared to be a part of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, as hereinabove set forth are particularly set
forth in Exhibit "A ".
Section 4. That the real property described in Exhibit
"A" of this ordinance is hereby made a part of the R -1 Residential
Zone of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and included in the boundaries

of said zone, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to so desig-
nate the same on the official zoning map of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.
Section 5. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts
there of in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
annulled.
Section 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
Section 7. All the lands described in said ordinance shall
be subject to taxation as other property and persons within the
corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,

upon filing of a certified copy of this ordinance with the County
Recorder and County Assessor of the County of Canyon, State of
Idaho, and the State Tax Commission, State of Idaho.

That part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the

West of the Boise Meridian, more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 34, and run North along; the West boundary line of
