ORDINANCE NO. 1456
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 1, CHAPTER 19, SECTION 1, OF
THE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 1, Chapter 19, Section 1 of the
City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho, be amended
to read as follows:
DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED: The Idaho First National Bank,
The Bank of Idaho, the First Security Bank of Idaho,
Idaho Bank & Trust Co., First Federal Savings and Loan
Home Federal Savings and Loan and Bosworth Sullivan
Piper, Jaffray, and Hopwood are hereby designated as the
official depositories of Municipal funds for the City.
The Treasurer, or any other designated official, is hereby
ordered, required and directed to keep moneys belonging to
or in the care of the City in the above named depositories.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 3rd
day of January, 1978.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Caldwell this 3rd
