ORDINANCE NO. 1421
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 8 OF THE CITY
CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, DELETING CERTAIN LANGUAGE
THEREIN AND PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIVE PARKING OF VEHEGRE TRUCK
EXCEEDING CERTAIN WIDTH, HEIGHT AND LENGTH.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1: That Title 11, Chapter 9, Section 8 of the
City Code of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, be
amended as follows:
11 -9 -8: RESTRICTED PARKING OF `TEHEGLES TRUCKS: ANY VEHiGbE
TRUCK AS DEFINED IN TITLE 11, CHAPTER 1 of the Caldwell
City Code of which any dimension is greater than the
following:
Width - 8 feet; height - 10'6 "; Length - 21'6" shall
not be parked on any residential street or alley within
the limits of the municipality, other than for the
purpose of loading or unloading cargo, with the exception
of removable camper units attached to pickup type vehicles
