AN ORDINANCE CHANGING FROM "F" GENERAL USE ZONE TO THE " E "
INDUSTRIAL ZONE THE REAL PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN
THIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Caldwell has authorized, ordered and directed the City Clerk
to give Notice of the fact that said Council will hold a pub-
lic hearing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the 7th day of December,
1976, at which time parties in interest and citizens would
have an opportunity to be heard as to their being in favor
or against changing the real property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set forth
in full, from the 1I F" General Use Zone to the "E" Industrial
Zone.
Section 2. That the City Clerk, pursuant to the
Order and direction of the City Council has given Notice of
said Public Hearing pursuant to law.
Section 3• That it is in the best interest of the
City of Caldwell to change from the "F" General Use Zone to
the "E" Industrial Zone the real property referred to in Section
1 of this Ordinance and described in Exhibit "A".
Section 4. That the real property hereinabove re-
ferred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance and described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby changed from the "F"
General Use Zone to the "E" Industrial Zone of the City of
Caldwell, and the Clerk is instructed to change the official
zoning; map of the City, a copy of which is on file in his office
showing; the boundaries of the 'I " Industrial Zone to include

• the real property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance
and to delete the same from the boundaries of the "F" General
Use Zone, whereby said map will reflect accordingly the change
of the zoning of the real property hereinbefore described in
this Ordinance.
Section 5. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Northwesterly, 344.83 feet along the arc of a curve to the
right having a radius of 287.94 feet, a central angle of
