MAYOR OF SAID CITY ON THE 5th DAY OF AUGUST, 1908.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
of the City of Caldwell:

Section l.- That Section.,7 of Ordinanco No. 3.11, entitled 11 An
licenses and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof" be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows.
0 Section 7.- The; license fee to be paid by hawkers
and paddlers shall be 4—�L per day or

per year unless Otherwise provided in this ordinance".
