BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 2.- That the cost of the expense of the improvemet as
provided for in the plans and specifications of said

ordinances of the said City of Caldwell shall be assesood

of law and the ordinonces of said City shall be liable
