AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE INTERIM APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING
MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL
PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO,
NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1,
1976, UNTIL THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE IS APPROVED,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF 50 -1005, IDAHO CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That there is appropriated out of the
money in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, for the interim period beginning January 1, 1976, until
the annual appropriation ordinance is approved, the sum and
sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
following amounts, to -wit:
