VIOLATION THEREOF, AND DOLARING CESSPOOLS AND PRIVIES
WITHIN SAID SEWERAGE DISTRICTS NUISANCES AND PROVIDING
FOR THE A73ATR2ffT AND REMOVAL THMaOF
BE IT ORDAINED By THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
of the City of Caldwell:
Section. l.- That it shall be unlawful for any person, company
or corporation to construct or maintain any cespool
or privy within the limits of any sewer district,
now constructed or to be hereafter constructed, in
the City of Caldwell, Idaho.

Section 2.- That all cespoole and privies within the limits
Of any sewer district in the said City of Caldwell
are hereby declared to be nuisances and if the same
are not abatOd within days a;rter the passage
, appVoval arid publication of this ordinance , the
same shall be abated and removed Gy the City Marshal
alld properly disposed of, and the costs of such abatement
and removal shall be assessed as to tax agai,ist t'iie
property on which the said nuis(ince stands, and shall
be levied and collected as other taxes are levied and
collected in ti , e said City of Caldwell. +-
Section 3.- Any person violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
aad upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum
not less than tan dollars and not more than one
hundred dollars.
