AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 6, OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON,
STATE OF IDAHO, BY PROVIDING THAT THE MINIMUM CHARGES FOR
WATER SERVICE AND TAP TO THE CITY WATER MAINS OR PIPES SHALL
BE ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CALDWELL, BY
RESOLUTION; REPEALING ALL PROVIDIONS AND SECTIONS INCON-
SISTENT THEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE
EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING
TO LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 -3 -6 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Caldwell be amended to read as follows:
3 -3 -6: CHARGES: The minimum charge for water
service and tap to the City water mains,
or pipes, shall be established by the City Council by

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
