ORDINANCE NO. 1360

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 1, OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE
OF IDAHO, BY DELETING REFERENCE TO THE "PLUMBING LAWS RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE PLUMBING BOARD OF IDAHO,'' AND
INSERTING THEREIN, "UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE PUBLISHED BY THE
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL OFFI-
CIALS;" REPEALING ALL PROVISIONS AND SECTIONS INCONSISTENT
THEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT
AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, THAT:
SECTION 1, Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 1, of the
ordinance of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell be
amended to read as follows:
5 -2 -1: ATOPTION OF PLUMBING CODE: There is
hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing minimum standards
of design, materials and workmanship for all plumbing hereafter
installed, altered or repaired and to establish methods of
procedure within the Limits of this City that certain Plumbing
Code known as ug } embiag- LawsT- Rules -aad- Regulations- of -the-State
Plumbing- Beam- ®f- ldaheq u "Uniform Plumbing Code_ Published by
the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical_ Offi-
cials," including such amendments or revisions as may be adopted
by the State Plumbing Board and as amended by making insertions,
deletions, substitutions, additions, or amendments, as noted
herebelow, and of which not less than three (3) copies, including
copies of the said insertions, deletions, substitutions, addi-
tions or amendments have been and now are filed in the office

of the Clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated
as fully as if set out at length herein.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
