AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 8, CHAPTER 5, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF
IDAHO, BY REPEALING SECTION 8 -5 -5 AND BY SUBSTITUTING THERE-
FOR A NEW SECTION 8 -5 -5 AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF THE CITY
UPON APPROVAL OF THE COUNCIL TO ESTABLISH FEES AND PURCHASE
PRICES FOR BURIAL LOTS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH: AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT
AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND AUBLICATION ACCORDING TO
LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, THAT:
SECTION 1. That Section 8 -5 -5 of the City Code
of the City of Caldwell, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That Section 8 -5 -5 of the City Code
of the City of Caldwell, be, and the same is, hereby enacted
to read as follows:
8 -5 -5: BURIAL LOTS: The City Council shall, upon
petition by the Clerk, establish fees, purchase
prices and space regulation for cemetery lots.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
