AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 1, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 4, OF THE
CITY CODE, CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO,
BY CHANGING THE TIME OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL FROM
THE FIRST AND THIRD MONDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 8:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
TO THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 8:00 O'CLOCK
P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, THAT:
SECTION 1. That Title 1, Chapter 5, Section 4 of
the Ordinance of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, be
amended to read as follows:
1 -5 -4: TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS: The Council shall
hold regular sessions in the City Hall on the first
and third Mem ay Tuesday of each month at eight o'clock (8:00) P.M.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
13th day of Mav , 1974.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Caldwell this
13th day of May , 1971.
